Thank you for shopping with us. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
Order processing Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. During sales, launches, or peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Where we ship We currently ship to the European Union, USA, UK and Australia. If your country isn't available at checkout, it isn't part of our current shipping zones yet. We don't ship to PO boxes for larger furniture items.
Shipping rates and free shipping Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the size and weight of the items, and the delivery method selected. We offer free standard shipping on orders over €50. Any applicable rate is shown before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises.
Estimated delivery times Once shipped, estimated transit times are:
- European Union: 7–10 business days
- International: 7–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination and may be affected by customs, weather, or carrier delays. Larger furniture items may be sent by a dedicated carrier, who may contact you to arrange delivery.
Tracking your order When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Damaged, lost, or delayed packages We pack every order carefully, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right. If a tracked order appears lost in transit, get in touch and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a failed delivery, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
