These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale of products offered on this store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Scope These Terms apply to all orders placed through the store and form the entire agreement between you and us for the sale of products. We may update these Terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on the site at the moment you place your order.
3. Products We take care to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, finish, or dimensions may occur, particularly for items made from natural materials. Product availability is not guaranteed and offers are valid while stocks last.
4. Prices Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed separately at checkout before you confirm payment. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but products are invoiced at the price in effect when the order is placed.
5. Orders Your order is an offer to buy. The sale is formed only once we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability — in which case any amount already charged is refunded.
6. Payment Payment is due in full at the time of order, through the payment methods offered at checkout. Orders are processed once payment is authorized. All transactions are handled through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers; we do not store your full card details.
7. Delivery Delivery times, destinations, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Risk of loss passes to you once the goods are delivered to the address you provided.
8. Right of withdrawal If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise it, inform us of your decision (by email or via our Contact page) before the deadline expires. You then have 14 days to return the goods. We refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed, and may withhold the refund until the goods are returned. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless stated otherwise. The right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to your specifications or clearly personalized, or to other categories excluded by law.
9. Returns and refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging where possible.
10. Legal guarantee As a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided under applicable law (in the EU, a minimum two-year guarantee of conformity for new goods). These statutory rights apply independently of any commercial warranty and are not affected by these Terms.
11. Liability We are liable for the proper performance of the contract in accordance with applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
12. Force majeure We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, strikes, carrier disruption, or supply failures.
13. Personal data We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law (including the GDPR).
14. Governing law and disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of your country. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence. Before any legal action, you may contact us to seek an amicable solution. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
